Pavapark installs sensors to monitor parking spaces in the urban area of Oliva

PAVAPARK, as the successful bidder of the “OLIVA PARKING PLACES SENSORIZATION” contract, has installed eighty-five (85) sensors for the monitoring of parking spaces in the urban area of the town of Oliva.

With the installed sensors, it is possible to obtain data about the state of occupation of the places, the rotation and/or the average time of use of the same.

Within the object project, PAVAPARK has integrated the information provided by the parking sensors space by space in the Smart CONNECTA València platform (Sentilo) of the Diputación de València.

This action of the Department of Local Modernization of the City Council of Oliva, is part of the global strategy and the Smart City Master Plan that the council has for the digital development of the municipality and that contemplates the bases created by previous strategic documents, such as EDUSI, PACES, PMUS.

This project joins the list of #smartcities installations deployed in recent years by PAVAPARK, a company belonging to the PAVASAL GROUP, with extensive experience in the development and integration of solutions related to parking and sustainable mobility and the #smartcity. Oliva thus joins the long list of cities in which the company has installed its technological solutions: València, Alzira, Calp, Gandía, Mislata, Aldaia, Alfafar, Chiva, Cullera, etc.

Innovation and research are pillars for the company, which currently manages 15,000 on and off street parking spaces, and actively participates in the development and implementation of Smart City solutions in Public Administrations that improve people’s quality of life.
